Free Shipping
UK Orders: Enjoy free shipping on all orders of £50 and above. For orders below £50, a standard shipping fee will apply, which will be calculated at checkout.

Where We Deliver
We deliver to all parts of mainland UK, excluding the Channel Islands, Highlands of Scotland, and Northern Ireland.

Spices (Spice-Only Orders)

£3.50 for Standard Delivery via Royal Mail or Evri (3 - 5 Days). Shipped Monday to Friday.

Tracked UK delivery for £6.95.

Our Delivery Partners
For national deliveries, we work with Evri and Royal Mail. Royal Mail handles our standard deliveries, while Evri provides tracking for chilled and tracked shipments.

If you're unable to receive your order, Evri offers flexible options such as delivery to a neighbour, leaving it in a safe place, or collection from a local pickup point (restrictions may apply to the last option).

While we strive to meet the stated delivery times, Azue Groups Ltd cannot take responsibility for delays due to adverse weather or other circumstances beyond our control. In these cases, we will make our best efforts to resolve the issue.

If delivery fails on the selected day, it will NOT be reattempted the next day.

Delivery Timeframes

Within the UK: Orders are typically delivered within 5-8 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays by the courier service.

International Orders: For orders outside the UK, delivery usually takes 10-15 working days, depending on the destination country and the courier service used. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which can affect delivery times.
Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging your spices to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition. All our products are sealed to maintain their quality during transit.
Returns and Refunds

Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.

Returns: We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, please be aware that customs or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
