Sales Executive
Azue Groups LTD
We’re looking for Sales Executives to join the Azue Groups Ltd team. As a fast-growing company specialising in the distribution of Indian spices, we pride ourselves on our customer-first approach and strong brand presence. If you have the skills we need, this is a fantastic opportunity to work within an industry-leading team.

In this role, you'll connect with clients in person, over the phone, and via video to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their culinary experiences. You don’t need a background in food sales; we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary product knowledge.
What You’ll Do:

Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, taking an empathetic and considerate approach.

Provide information and recommendations in person and via phone/video to meet client needs effectively.

Finalise sales once clients have chosen the right products for them.

Work towards agreed KPIs and set sales targets.

Proactively manage opportunities and prospective clients through the sales pipeline.
This Role Would Suit People Who Have:

Previous experience in customer service and consultative selling, minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably within the UK market.

Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a positive, engaging, and empathetic demeanour.

Emotional resilience and the ability to maintain professionalism in challenging situations.

The capability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office environment.

In this role, you'll research market trends, create compelling content, manage marketing campaigns, organise events, and maintain the company’s online presence. You don’t need extensive experience in food marketing; we provide comprehensive training to enhance your skills and product knowledge.
What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute marketing and communications plans aligned with organisational goals.

Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making, setting clear objectives and KPIs for marketing campaigns.

Manage marketing campaigns from conception to execution and evaluation.

Create engaging content and messaging to connect with target audiences.

Utilise digital channels effectively to reach and convert prospects.

Track campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise strategies accordingly.

Produce high-quality content (e.g., articles, blog posts, social media posts) to support marketing objectives.

Manage content calendars, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and optimising content for SEO to enhance website visibility.

Utilise analytics tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.
